“..Even though it is a month since we got wed, we still have family members ringing up to thank us for making them part of our day and telling us how beautiful and appropriate our ceremony was. A large part of this was due to the care and attention that you took in advising us on the type of readings to select and your assistance in helping us crafting our vows. You made what could have been a very tortuous process as simple as possible for us and your patience dealing with both of our hectic schedules was deeply appreciated. On the day itself you could not have been more caring or attentive and I do know from accounts that we have received from virtually everyone who attended on the day that there was not a single individual who was not touched emotionally be the ceremony and I certainly know that there were one or two eyes that were being dabbed for the right reasons.
My only regret was that in the hubbub neither Mark or I had the time to thank you properly before you left – you know how it is, you get caught up with the photography, the video and circulating. We would now like to correct this mistake by saying thank you now. You set the tone for our day perfectly, giving us a ceremony that reflected both our personalities and which as a result made the whole day more meaningful not only for Mark and I but for those who were there as our guests. Both of us will have no hesitation in recommending you to any of friends who may wish to take the same steps as Mark and I because we know, they will be in receipt of the best of service…”

“Emma, we can’t thank you enough for helping to make our wedding day so special. You were brilliant to deal with from the very first email exchange, and we’re so pleased that we decided to have a celebrant to lead our ceremony. The way in which you told our “story” was so lovely and touching and so many people have said to us how unique and moving our ceremony was. We didn’t want to have a standard ceremony that sounded just like everyone else’s and you certainly helped to make it personal. Your experience of how registrars work was invaluable too and helped us get the perfect balance between the legal formalities and making the ceremony ours. Thank you for being part of our day and making it such a beautiful experience for all of us!”
Peter and Maria, July 2015, Camden
“Many thanks Emma. We had the most amazing day. It was so special. Thank you very much for being part of our special day. Your feedback from our guests was shining! They all thought you were brilliant!”
Kirsty and Danny, July 2015, Arlington Ballroom, Leigh-on-Sea
“From start to finish Emma made sure that we had the best possible day we could have. Emma made us feel comfortable from the very first meeting by making sure she got to know us and sent regular emails leading up to the day. When all the stress of the wedding was getting to much with caterers etc sending countless impersonal messages, Emma ensured that the planning of the ceremony was stress and hassle free offering that reassuring touch that is needed during the planning.
Our ceremony was so personalised and explained perfectly our feelings for eachother aswel as allowing us to add in readings. All the guests remarked on how funny but beautiful the ceremony was. We would 100% recommend Emma to anyone looking for a fantastic celebrant who really gets to know you as a couple, in order to provide you with the perfect wedding ceremony. xxx”

“We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for conducting our service on Friday. It was such a special ceremony and your script was so perfect. The whole day was the best day ever and we had the most incredible time, part of which we have have you to thank.
Aisha and Dhiren June 2015, Royal Opera House, Covent Garden
We are so happy that Emma officiated our ceremony, it was personal, meaningful and fun. We also received a number of compliments on the ceremony from family and friends who found it beautiful, heartfelt and welcoming.
Wouldn’t change a thing.”
Rachelle and Simon, May 2015, Thames Rowing Club Putney
“We were so incredibly pleased with the way you conducted our ceremony. We really feel that you captured the spirit of our relationship in the way you put together the script. You definitely moved many of our guests to tears not to mention ourselves! It was the perfect balance of emotion but without the Hollywood schmaltz that we were so keen to avoid. Absolutely brilliant. Lots of our friends came up to us and commented on what a wonderful job you had done. Thank you for taking so much time and effort in your preparation. We thought the questions were a fabulous idea to get the ball rolling and give you some insight into us and it was great to meet in person before the big day. You really set both of us at ease and we loved the fact you gave us a copy of the script as a souvenir.

“We first discovered Emma through Google, by accident really. However, it was the best thing to happen in order to have her help in facilitating our marriage. Her services were wonderful and greatly exceeded expectations. Emma is located in London, and we were traveling from America. She went above and beyond the duties she offers. In addition to orchestrating the ceremony, Emma took on the role of “wedding planner.” Countless emails and international calls later, all in under a short notice in under four weeks, she completed a masterpiece for us. Emma is very reasonable and personable. She went way out of her way to even scout out locations and send pictures and video for us to approve. Ultimately, Emma set up photography, dinner, ceremony, dry cleaning services, flowers, and most importantly she somehow made it easy and stress free. It was a challenge with the time difference and such, but Emma truly made this a great experience. I am 100% confident that without her, our wedding in London could’ve never taken place. I only hope this review somehow serves the justice of her hard work and responsibility.
Alex and Jalissa, April 2015, Quaglino’s Mayfair, London
“After a few brief meetings and email conversations, Emma put together an imaginative and bespoke service for our wedding. It captured both of our personalities and combined the formality of the occasion with the lightness we wished to inject. In addition, working alongside Emma was a treat…being amateurs at this wedding lark it was so helpful to have someone knowledgeable to guide us along yet take our wishes into consideration. Thanks again Emma…although I have to say that I hope we won’t be working together any time soon…”

“Thank you Emma, for the beautiful ceremony. All guests commented how wonderful it was. They liked the style of the ceremony and they really liked your script, as did we!
Ralph and Kirsi, November 2014, Bromley Court Hotel, Kent.
“From the first meeting we had with Emma it was clear that she wanted to make the day as personal to us as possible, and in the relaxed style that we both wanted our day to be. Emma was brilliant throughout the whole process but was the reassuring and calm voice that we needed on the big day! From the conversations we had had, Emma composed a beautiful ceremony for us that perfectly illustrated our feelings for each other to everyone gathered together to celebrate with us.
Rob and James, October 2014, 28 Portland Place, London
“Emma was great from start to finish, so easy to work with and really helped us to create the unique personal ceremony that we wanted, Our ceremony was in France so being abroad Emma knew how important it was for us and made sure she brought a bit of Anglo Saxon traditions to our day, while adding a personal touch (which really surprised the French guests)
Gwennan and Travis Gough, September 2014, Biarritz, France.
‘Thank you so much for yesterday and all the preparations prior – you were amazing and it was wonderful. …truly. For me the ceremony was the best bit and it all flowed beautifully xxx ….Thank you so much Emma for making our day so memorable .’
Lynda & John August 2014, Savile Club, London
‘We couldn’t have been happier with Emma’s service. She exudes a genuine, natural warmth and friendliness that fills the room. So many of our guests commented on how personal and emotional our ceremony was, which is how we wanted it. Before the wedding, at a time when we were run off our feet with a mega ‘to do’ list, Emma was so easy to deal with – laid back yet super communicable and organised, professional, and absolutely intent on preparing something that was exactly right for us. She is great.’
Aimee & Wes July 2014, Wadhurst Castle, Sussex
‘Just wanted to say again thank you for a lovely ceremony which was a key part of making Oscar’s Naming Day so special for us. You expertly helped us create the ceremony so it was just what we wanted in terms of meaningful content and personal, informal tone – and thanks for the reading recommendations too, loved them both! We had lots of positive comments from our guests about how well-chosen the words of the ceremony were.’
Helene, Roland and Oscar June 2014
‘We cannot recommend Emma highly enough. Her helpful attitude, experience, professionalism and flexibility all contributed to a highly personalised and polished ceremony. From the initial meetings Emma put us both at ease and was more than willing to incorporate elements in the service that we requested, making a real effort to ensure that the end product was perfect for us. Not only helpful in the build up to the wedding, Emma took charge on the day, ensuring everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The feedback from friends and family has been great, and Emma contributed making our special day run smoothly. Thank you again Emma!’
Tara and James April, Oxford, 2014
‘Emma was absolutely brilliant! Our friends commented on how touching and relaxed the ceremony was. Emma liaised with all the ceremony participants and made sure that everything went very smoothly. We enjoyed every second of the ceremony! Our guests smiled and laughed a lot!
Emma was very patient when writing the ceremony wording and showed genuine interest in making the ceremony very personalised. We think we were very lucky to meet her!’
Svetlana and Dmitry March 2014, The Connaught Hotel, London
‘I’m really glad that we chose Emma as celebrant for our wedding. Right from the first meeting she clearly understood the type of ceremony we were looking for, and was able to help us prepare the perfect bespoke ceremony. We both knew straight away that she was someone we’d be happy to have involved with such an important part of the day. Throughout the whole process she did everything she could to make it as easy as possible for us (which was a massive help and much appreciated what with all the other things there were to organise!). Her experience was very reassuring and meant she was able to make plenty of helpful suggestions. On the day, we (and all our guests) agreed she was excellent – well prepared, flexible with our last minute preparations and totally calm (quickly putting us both at ease). The ceremony went perfectly – Emma effortlessly made it feel heartfelt and joyous throughout, whilst also being naturally in command of the room and introducing seamlessly the different friends and family who participated in it. People say the actual ceremony can sometimes be a bit of a blur due to emotions running high, but thanks to Emma’s warmth and calmness we felt wonderfully present, and loved every second of it! We were both extremely happy to have had Emma as part of the big day.’

‘Emma was kind and patient and interested in our lives, asking gently probing questions so she could recommend the best ceremony for us.’
‘Emma was a delight to have with us at our ceremony too. Calm, efficient but all smiles and obviously so pleased for us and our families and friends.’
‘…genuine warmth and understanding she obviously has for her clients…’
Amanda and Bridget, 2012, London.
‘We couldn’t recommend Emma highly enough. Emma helped us through the whole process, filling us with such confidence that we were able to relax and just look forward to the ceremony. And on the day she was absolutely fantastic! She set the tone perfectly, one of warmth and ease, with a dash of humour where appropriate. Everyone enjoyed the ceremony hugely and the positive comments on how wonderfully Emma held the ceremony just kept coming and coming. Emma played such a large part in making our wedding day the beautiful day it was.
Ben and Annie 2011, Bath.
‘I appreciated Emma’s approach so much: I have found organising what I hoped would be a very low key wedding for 35 guests quite stressful, and it was just great to have someone on the other end of the phone whose sense of humour and ‘light touch’ put everything into perspective.’
